Showing Up Anyway

I am injured. Not seriously, but enough that today should have been a rest day. I shot anyway. I posted anyway. I figure you should know.

The thing is, this is what I do. Not because someone is making me, but because the people who follow me are the reason a lot of my days feel worth it. Skipping a day feels worse than pushing through.

Doing this for you all. I mean that more than I usually let myself say. Hopefully you can appreciate it, even just a little. The hearts make a difference. They always have.

Tomorrow I rest. Today I show up. That is the version of me I am proud of.
