Pink Top, Floral Curtain, Tuesday Night

I did not plan to do a shoot tonight. I was just sitting around in my room and I caught myself in the mirror and thought okay, maybe tonight is the night.

I put on my favorite pink top. The fuzzy one. It is not fancy but it makes me feel cute and that is enough sometimes. I did my lips red because why not. Nobody was coming over. This was just for me.

My curtain has these big flowers on it and people always comment on it in my photos. I did not pick it for that reason but I am not mad about it. It makes a good background. Better than a plain wall.

I took maybe thirty photos and kept eight. That is a good ratio for me. Some nights I take a hundred and delete them all. Tonight the camera liked me and I liked it back.

I think the best photos happen when you are not trying too hard. When you are just home and comfortable and feeling yourself a little bit. That is what tonight was.
