Thursday Bun

I put my hair up in a bun today because it was that kind of day. The kind where you just want everything out of your face and off your neck. Samui in March is no joke. The heat starts early and it does not stop.

I wore my dark top and my hoops and did a quick face. Nothing fancy. Just enough to feel like I tried. Sometimes that is all the effort you have in you and that is okay. Not every day needs to be a production.

I stayed home most of the day. Cleaned a little. Watched something on my phone. Took a few photos because I liked how the light was coming through. That is my routine lately. Simple things that make me feel steady.

Someone messaged me and asked what I was doing. I said nothing. They said that sounds boring. I said it sounds perfect. Not everyone understands that doing nothing is sometimes exactly what you need.
