Pink Sunday on the Couch

I wore pink today. The bright pink top that I bought last month and have been waiting for the right moment to wear. Sunday felt right. There is something about Sunday that makes me want color instead of black.

I sat on my purple couch and took photos because the contrast looked good. Pink on purple. My big hoops catching the light. I know what works in a photo by now. I have been doing this long enough.

My hair was up in a high ponytail today. It shows off my neck and my earrings and it makes me feel more put together even if I have not left the house. The ponytail is my go-to when I want to look like I made an effort without actually making that much effort.

Sundays in Samui are slow. The island does not rush for anyone. I used to get restless on days like this but now I like it. Slow is good. Slow means you have time to notice things. Like how good you look in pink.
