Midweek in Samui, Hair Up

Wednesday already. The week goes fast here on the island. I woke up late, made coffee, and decided today was a hair up kind of day. Sometimes you just want everything off your neck and out of your face.

I put on my favorite bikini top, the red and checkered one. It is not like I was going to the beach. I just like how it looks. Living on Samui means you can wear a bikini top to make coffee and nobody thinks twice about it.

I put on my hoops and did my lips red to match the top. Then I took a few selfies because the light coming through the window was doing something nice. You learn to notice these things when you take as many photos as I do.

The rest of the day was nothing special. Talked to some people online, watched the afternoon rain come and go, ate something simple. Samui midweek is quiet and I have learned to like that. The busy weekends make you appreciate the slow days.

I used to need plans every single day. Now I am happy with a good outfit and a quiet afternoon. That feels like growing up to me.
