Friday on the Island

Friday on Samui hits different. The week is over before you even notice it, because life here does not really follow a schedule. But the energy is still there. You can feel people letting go a little bit, getting ready to eat more, sleep more, laugh more.

I got dressed up for no particular reason. That is a luxury I never take for granted anymore. Some Fridays I go out, some Fridays I just sit on my bed and take pictures until I am tired of my own face.

Today was more the second kind. A little music, a little posing, a lot of feeling myself. The weekend has not even started and I am already in a good mood.
