Back to Work Monday

First day back at work after a long weekend. I will be honest, it took me a minute to get out of bed. The weekend was too good, and my body was still on Sunday time.

But the day ended up okay. I caught up with the girls I work with, laughed at nothing, got through my list. Sometimes a Monday just needs to be gotten through, and that is fine.

I came home, took a few pictures, reminded myself I still look pretty even after a long day. That little ritual always helps. The mirror is a friend if you let her be.

Week has started. I am ready, or at least I am close enough.
