Night Shift Glow

Working at the bar tonight and feeling good about it. I put on my light blue blazer over a white top. Hair up in a bun because it gets hot under all these lights. My cat ear headband is the finishing touch. Some of the other girls laugh at it but I think it is cute. Red lipstick tonight because why not. When you work in a place with blue and red lights everywhere, you might as well match the energy. The whole bar glows like a movie set and I love it. Bangkok nightlife is its own world. Every night is different. Different people come in, different conversations happen. Some nights are slow and I just stand there looking pretty. Other nights I do not stop talking until closing time. I am 34 now and I have been doing this long enough to know which nights are going to be good just by the feeling in the air when I walk in. Tonight feels good. I can already tell.
