Just Me at Home

I did not go anywhere today. Just stayed home in my room wearing my black tank top and shorts. Sometimes the best days are the ones where you do nothing at all. I took a selfie in front of my mirror because the light was nice coming through the window. My hair is up in a messy bun which is basically how it looks every day when I am not going out. No makeup, no filter, just me. I am from Occidental Mindoro in the Philippines. It is a quiet place, not like Manila or Bangkok. I grew up surrounded by mountains and the ocean. Sometimes I miss it but I also like where I am now. There are more opportunities here. People ask me what I do on days like this and honestly the answer is boring. I watch shows on my phone, cook something simple, maybe talk to a few people online. But it feels peaceful. Not every day needs to be an adventure. I am still pretty new to all of this. Putting myself out there, sharing photos, meeting new people. It feels scary sometimes but also exciting. I hope you like what you see. This is the real me.
